How much deposit is required to reserve the property?

To reserve, we require a deposit of 30%. The balance is due 60 days in advance. If you are making the booking with in 60 days of arrival the full payment is required.

How do I find the property and check in?

A welcome pack will be emailed to you with information regarding check in, the house, directions and more. There is a map showing the location of each property

Where can I park?

Tylney and Mignon House have a parking permit allowing one car to park for free within the central zone.

Also each property is situated less than a 5-minute walk from a long stay car park.

How far are you from the train station?

All properties are within a short flat walk from Bath Spa Train Station – Mignon House (5 minutes), Tylney House (9 minutes), Charlotte’s Townhouse (13 minutes)

Are towels provided?

Towels are provided and all beds are made up. We provide all you need for a perfect stay.

What is in the Kitchen?

Each kitchen each has an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, plates, cutlery glasses – everything you need!

Do you have a washing machine?

Mignon House and Charlotte Townhouse have a washing machine. Tylney House does not, but a laundry service can be provided.

Are there any additional costs or fees?

No. Once the booking is made there are no extra costs.

How extensive is your cleaning?

Each property is professionally cleaned. We follow Covid-19 cleaning protocols to ensure guests safety. We offer contactless check-in and provide hand sanitiser.

Can I use third party suppliers (such as chefs, flower workshop)?

Please email at least 14 days before check-in if you intend to use a service of a third-party during your stay.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

In the event of a full or national lockdown, and you are unable to travel and/or we are forced to close a full refund will be issued.

If you would like to change the date of your booking a price difference may have to be paid.

Cancellations must be notified to Bath Spa Stays by email. 

Bath Spa Stays will then use reasonable endeavours to obtain a replacement booking. If this is achieved, we will make a full refund less a 5% Booking Fee and less the difference in price between the original booking and the replacement booking.
